Calamigos Fall Wedding

This past fall, I had my very first wedding under my own company, Feathered Arrow Events, at Calamigos Ranch. This was the first wedding on my own without my previous boss, Stacey, this year. Throughout the planning of this wedding, I realized just how much I learned from Stacey and how helpful all of my experiences were with her. I’m so grateful to have learned from her so that I could start a business on my own under Feathered Arrow.

This November, I planned and coordinated everything for a wedding in the Redwood Room at Calamgios Ranch for Tiffany + Blake. It was such a fun wedding filled with love and true friendship. I feel like the lucky one to be able to meet and work with some pretty awesome clients!

The Decor

Tiffany + Blake wanted to keep the decor simple but with a hint of rustic chic. Thankfully, the atmosphere at Calamigos Ranch is so stunning, we didn’t have to add much. We used wooden signs for the welcome table and the escort chart. In addition, we added pops of purple everywhere because it’s one of Tiffany’s favorite colors. One of my favorite parts was the cupcake display for guests. Tiffany + Blake still cut into smaller cake but guests were able to treat themselves to a cupcake (or two). I love this dessert trend because it allows for multiple colors and flavors if a couple can’t decide on just one for a cake.
