What Happened The First Year for Feathered Arrow

Well it’s officially been a year in business! What?!  A FULL YEAR!? Sounds crazy right? It’s gone by pretty fast and one of my favorite years yet! Feathered Arrow had a big year of firsts + a lot of growth. Business has really taken off and I couldn’t be happier. I feel proud to look back at where I started and to see where I am today.

2015 was better than I imagined which means 2016 is going to be even better. I met so many wonderful people, had some of the best clients + some of the most beautiful weddings. We planned killer events, launched new ideas + gained a lot of new friends in this industry.

Some BIG Highlights From This Past Year!

-Started The Local Table: The mission is simple: “We believe that community happens around a table with a good drink in hand, incredible food in front of you, great people around you + an atmosphere unlike any other.”

–Featured Editorials: Feathered Arrow Weddings were featured in Rustic Wedding Chic and on Magnolia Rouge.

–Giving Back: Because my clients, I was able to give back to some nonprofits that I’ve partnered with over the past year. (I plan to continue to partner with them as they are close to my heart). At the core of Feathered Arrow is to give back + so this is how our giving back changed lives.

• ServeHaiti: We helped the people of Grand-Bois to gain access to necessities at the local clinic.
• Habitat for Humanity: We helped contribute to building a home for a family in Nicaragua.
• Two Wings: We helped educate women who are victims of sex-trafficking.
• Generosity: We started a fundraising campaign to build a water well in Haiti. This will cost $5,000 but this will be a huge achievement for Feathered Arrow in the near future. If you’re interested in giving to the campaign to help in the building of the water well, click HERE.

To all my clients, I’m so grateful for you and allowing me to be a part of your dreams, your vision + for some, the biggest day of your lives. Each wedding was a dream + an honor to be a part of. 2016 is right around the corner and there will be a lot of new adventures, more changes, more wonderful clients, more adventures + even more growth. I’m so excited to have you on this journey with me!
