A Simple and Modern Wedding at Triunfo Creek Vineyards

When the smallest details make the biggest impact

When I first met Brittany + Jim, I instantly knew this wedding was going to be a stunner. Not only because they decided to have their wedding at one of my favorite venues, Triunfo Creek Vineyards, but because they also have the most impeccable style and attention to detail. I had actually planned Britt’s sister’s wedding 2 years prior to her wedding so it was so fun getting to work with this wonderful family a second time. Britt + Jim both wanted the overall theme to be a simple and modern wedding, so the day was really focused on celebrating their love. They had a smaller wedding party and really wanted guests to just enjoy themselves by having it feel very intimate. I think we achieved all that and more for their wedding day!

I have to gush about Laura from Poppyhill Flowers for a moment. She designed the most incredible floral arrangements with a mix of orange, yellow, maroon and white flowers and greenery. Britt’s bouquet was so dreamy with a long white ribbon tying everything together. I am completely in love with the pops of mustard yellow paired right with all the velvet linens and touches of gold. It felt so perfectly Fall like and fit so well with the vineyard setting. For a simple and modern wedding reception, we used stunning matte black plates and gold cutlery paired with a small sprig of eucalyptus on top of the menus at each place setting to create the perfect touch to soften the table. These two planned the most stunning Fall wedding and gave me so much inspiration for weddings to come.
