The perfect mix of classic and vintage
Meet Carly + Chris! This lovely couple got married at Calamigos Ranch last year at the famous Ranch House. I absolutely love Calamigos Ranch! It’s such a beautiful property in Malibu, where a little goes a long way. The venue itself is already stunning but with Chris and Carly’s perfect blend of classic and vintage elements, it made their wedding even more beautiful and personal. We used rustic wooden boxes and signage, but kept the rest of the décor very simple and elegant. Laura, from Poppyhill Flowers, (if you haven’t noticed, we work together all the time! She just may be one of my favorites to work with) created a beautiful aesthetic with touches of greenery and white flowers throughout the whole event.
Carly and Chris were wonderful from the very beginning. I got to work closely with Carly and her mom, which was such a treat! My clients and their families are some of the nicest people and it really makes my job that much better!

I was lucky enough to team up with some awesome vendors to bring their vision to life. Frost It Cupcakery (my go to bakery) killed it once again with a beautiful, yet simplistic, cake. Vox DJ’s created an awesome vibe at the reception with some killer dance music. And Holding + Co., you guys captured the day perfectly! What a dream team to work with! More vendors below:
