A Truly Elegant Fall Wedding in Malibu
One thing I love about my job is getting to see different weddings with different clients but at the same venue. Triunfo Creek Vineyards is one of my favorites that I work at a lot and one of the first venues I ever worked at when I started my business. Each time I work there, there’s just a sense of magic in the air. So creating an elegant fall wedding for Tessa + Loren was a dream!
Falling In Love in Malibu
The design of this elegant fall wedding was classic with lush greenery and white flowers. Because a fall wedding in Southern California can still feel like summer, this neutral palate added elegance. All of the bridesmaids and groomsmen wore shades of blue that popped against the green and white. For each table at the reception, we added a simple black lantern and candles. Every place setting had a matchbox inscribed with “best day ever” for guests to take home. Now that’s a practical favor that guests can actually use.
What stood out the most for this fall wedding, was Tessa + Loren’s connection. If you’re even a little bit cynical about true love, these photos will change your mind. Especially their first-look photos. Their devotion to each other is palpable! They’re playful, loving and joyous nature really radiated throughout the whole evening and that was so visible not only amongst them but also their friends and family.
