A Lilac Infused Malibu Wedding Inspired By Spring

Even though we are all eagerly waiting to gather again, I wanted to continue sharing some beautiful wedding inspiration here. I’m happy to share this Malibu wedding at one of our all time favorites, Calamigos Ranch. I was so excited to be back in this venue because it is truly a gem. You feel tucked away from the bustle of LA and there are so many different locations you can get married, each with their own unique style. For their Malibu wedding, Cait + Pat chose the famous Redwood Room (you may recognize it from an episode of “Modern Family”). This wedding was so soft + romantic, it felt like a sunny spring day. While I love a wedding that bursts with color, there is something so classic about a centric color. Cait + Pat chose a light lilac color palate that we grounded with white flowers and natural greenery everywhere. To add elegance and elevate details, we used gold elements like gold-framed table numbers and a gold cake stand and upgraded to velvet linens. The entire day couldn’t have been more beautiful and thoughtful.
