A Scenic Spring Calamigos Ranch Wedding In Malibu
Sami and Kasey’s Calamigos Ranch wedding this past spring was a stunner! Nestled in the hills of Malibu, the perfect weather made for a beautiful, scenic outdoor ceremony. Guests were then escorted inside Calamigos Ranch’s famous Redwood Room that features a waterfall. Because Calamigos has so much beauty as a venue itself, a lot of our design was simple with big floral centerpieces and a stunning flower ceremony arch.
It was a day focused on love and I really enjoyed that Sami and Kasey took a few twists on tradition throughout the day. They had a co-ed bridal and groom party, and Sami did a first look with her dad as well as a first look with Kasey! Things like this make the day special for more than just the bride and groom and really makes everyone feel included in the celebration.
Cheers to these long time lovebirds who have known each other for a good portion of their life.
Fun fact: Calamigos Ranch might look familiar to some tv buffs as it’s been the backdrop to some tv weddings and scenes like Modern Family and This Is US in addition to other tv and movies.
