How Team Feathered Arrow Celebrates Fall

Hello there, friends! Can you believe we’ve made it to the Autumn season? I’m originally from the Midwest, so this time of year always feels extra special to me. Even though we don’t get drastic season changes in Los Angeles, I still like to pretend differently every time I see a leaf on the sidewalk. Do you have a seasonal tradition or drink to celebrate the beginning of the Autumn? Without a doubt, my favorite Fall drink is a bourbon cider drink with cinnamon! Even though it seems like we don’t really have seasons here in Long Beach, Fall has always had a special place in my heart! There’s nothing I love more than bundling up by the fire with a good book during this season — well, unless you add an Irish Coffee with Baileys!

Fall is my favorite time of year, hands down! I’m originally from Michigan, so apple picking is what I look forward to every year. There’s the cutest apple orchard town in SoCal called Oak Glen that has some incredible apple pie. We love to take a trip out there every year and enjoy fresh apple cider + donuts. Then I enjoy saying, “Cheers!” to Fall with an Apple Cider Whiskey Smash!
Libby Pierson – Event Assistant
One of my favorite Fall activities is watching classic horror movies leading up to Halloween. Each weekend, we try to watch one that we haven’t seen before and make it like a date night. Pizza, popcorn and a movie!
