Where We Love To Celebrate In Palm Springs

Happy June, friends! We’ve been spending a lot of time in Palm Springs lately and it reminded me of how many amazing spots there are to say, “I do!”. You may remember we previously discussed some of our favorite Joshua Tree venues where we touched on a few Palm Spring places. However, for all you desert lovers, I wanted to make a blog post dedicated solely to more of what Palm Springs has to offer!
Villa Royale Palm Springs

If you’re looking for eclectic design, look no further than Villa Royale. Built in 1947, this hotel is the epitome of Old Hollywood Vibes. In fact, it was the perfect spot for a recent couple to get married – you can check out their pool side wedding here! We utilized one of their beautiful courtyards for the ceremony and then moved guests to the pool for the reception. Bonus fun fact, the private villa on site is where Elvis spent a lot of his time vacationing.
Ace Hotel

The Ace Hotel has desert chic on lock, while also allowing couples to really design the space to their own personal taste. There are multiple spots available for both ceremony + reception that are sure to accommodate any guest list up to 150. (For more inspiration, be sure to check out this winter wedding at the Ace Hotel)
Ingleside Inn

For those wanting the desert experience with a little Beverly Hills splashed in, Ingleside Inn is right up your alley. Able to host 300 guests, this posh venue feels like a private oasis away from all the hustle of the city. A rumored favorite place of Frank Sinatra, this is a must-see venue! (And you can’t miss the mermaid fountain).
Colony House Palm Springs

At Colony House, luxury is their game! Opened in the 1930’s, they don’t shy away from their scandalous history. Nowadays, after a multimillion-dollar renovation, they boast a chic, Art Deco inspired getaway with an incredible pool! Plus, I always love a venue where guests can stay on-site.
Desert Island Country Club

Taking a look around, you might recognize the colorful vibe of this space. That’s because it is owned by the same company famous, Marvimon, for LA favorites such as The Grass Room, Valentine, Millwick, and SmogShoppe. If you’re looking for that energy without Los Angeles traffic, Desert Island Country Club is the perfect fit! They also have multiple rooms that can accommodate a variety guest counts and endless ceremony options out on the golf course that are absolutely stunning!
Casa Cody

In the heart of downtown Palm Springs, Casa Cody is the oldest operating hotel in Palm Springs. With an expansive lawn on site, they are able to accommodate a large guest and also offer on-site accommodations for you + your guests! Also, because it is so close to downtown, there will be plenty to do to keep your guests entertained during wedding weekend.
Sands Hotels and Spa

For an intimate wedding experience with incredibly photographic decor, Sands Hotels and Spa should be your first call. You might be familiar with their famous Olive Grove ceremony spot, or their Pink Cabana restaurant, but I also love the on-site spa. (Hello, pre-wedding relaxation!) They can accommodate up to 180 guests with a full resort room buyout.
Korakia

If mid-century isn’t completely your cup of tea but Moroccan décor makes your heart skip a beat, consider Korakia. Their outdoor space can host 130 of your closest friends and family, but they also offer an elopement package, if you’re looking for something more intimate.
Frederick Loewe Estate

This 3-acre estate will give your wedding all the secluded-backyard-ceremony energy for any couples wanting something private. The Frederick Loewe Estate will give your guests an exclusive, top-tier experience and since there is enough space for up to 225 guests so you know it’ll be a good party. This house and grounds are absolutely stunning and it’s even said that Frederick Loewe planted the trees and landscaping himself.
Holiday House

One of the smaller venues on the list, Holiday House is best for groups of 100 or below. If you’re a couple considering an unplugged ceremony, Holiday House is a great fit because none of the 28 guest rooms have televisions in order to “create a communal environment”. You’ll find serenity + fun here!
We love the desert and exploring all these amazing venues! If you’re ready to get hitched in Palm Springs, contact us on our homepage + let’s get started on planning your epic wedding!
