A wedding fit for royalty
Libby and Clint’s wedding at Triunfo Creek Vineyards was an absolute royal inspired vineyard wedding. For starters, when Clint proposed to Libby, he gave her a stunning sapphire engagement ring that is reminiscent of the ring given to Princess Diana (and later the Duchess, Kate). For their own royal vineyard wedding, Libby was inspired by Kate Middleton and opted for her wedding party to all wear white. And even though this wedding was before the wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, Libby definitely channeled a royal vibe with a long, sweeping veil that gave her a grand train fit for a queen. She even wanted to channel Pippa Middleton by having her maid of honor carry her train down the aisle, which was the absolute sweetest moment.
Musical Touches + Details
Libby and Clint met through their work in the music industry, so it was only appropriate to have a 10 piece choir kick off the ceremony, which was a total surprise to all the guests. Yet another royal influence to the day! In addition, banners with some of their favorite song lyrics were placed throughout the whole event. Libby and Clint wanted the day to feel like a European vineyard garden party and their backyard, all at once. I think we perfectly achieved that feel by keeping the rest of the décor clean and simple with white tablecloths and neutral linen runners on each table. I especially loved the centerpieces that were assorted potted greenery that Libby grew herself leading up to the wedding. Guest were allowed to take them home after the big day as a keepsake. Such a fun and easy idea that can be repurposed.
Even though this wedding had all the hints of a royal fete, it was far from stuffy. Libby and Clint are such a sweet, fun loving couple and love was felt all throughout the day through every detail. Congrats Libby + Clint to a lifetime of more love and laughs!
