Wedding Design for the In-Between Seasons

If you’re struggling to bridge the gap between the seasons with your wedding design, this muted pastel color palette is a phenomenal fit. With a mix of colors, tones and materials, this color scheme feels timeless. When most people think “pastel”, they think beautiful cotton candy-inspired themes. However, Olivia + Brian’s wedding proves that combining different elements can still give your wedding design an earthier vibe. While I personally don’t think veils will ever go out of style, I love how the trend of adding capes to give those romantic touches to your wedding attire, like Olivia! Capes create incredible photo opportunities (especially walking down the aisle). However, another reason why I love this trend as a planner is because capes are less likely to get lost in the wind during an outdoor wedding, like a veil can. Love this look too?
