Elise + Michelle’s Pink + Blue Hued Wedding at Calamigos Ranch

Elise and Michelle’s vibrant bright pink and LGBTQ+ wedding at Calamigos Ranch Pavilion was a breathtaking celebration of love, unity, and joy. In fact, as a queer couple, their wedding was a beautiful testament to the power of love in all its forms. Of course, every detail of their special day had to reflect their vibrant personalities and deep connection.

Design Elements for a LGBTQ+ wedding at Calamigos Ranch

As a LGBTQ+ wedding at Calamigos Ranch Pavilion, one of the most striking aspects of their wedding design was the color palette. This was a mix of vibrant bright pinks paired with a soft blue hue. Although this combination can sometimes lean towards a baby shower aesthetic, we carefully curated the design to ensure a sophisticated, elegant and fun atmosphere. Of course these two colors paired perfectly together for a beautiful setting for guests. Obviously, the key was in the balance of colors, intentional décor choices, and thoughtful layering of textures. Of course we had to have live music with a band from Dart Collective called White Noise complete with a live DJ. We also had a live watercolor artist who was painting portraits of guests to take home as favors. The day was an incredibly thoughtful experience for guests and our amazing brides in Malibu.

Although Elise and Michelle’s wedding was not just visually stunning, it was filled with warmth, laughter, and an undeniable sense of love amongst everyone there. In addition to their heartfelt toasts, there was a packed dance floor. Every moment was a testament to their love and the incredible community that surrounded them. It was truly an honor to be part of such a meaningful day, and we couldn’t be happier for these two incredible brides.
