If you’re looking for quintessential California vibes but want something off the beaten path, I highly recommend checking out the venues in Ojai. We absolutely love weddings in Ojai! It’s hard to believe that in less than 2 hours from the bustle of LA, is a completely different atmosphere. Where the desert meets the mountains, there is a calmer energy and slower pace that is perfect for tying the knot. My recent couple, Bree and Mario, chose to host their rustic wedding at one of the private estates in the area called Collins Ranch. This unique property is truly a hidden gem due to the blend of elements. First, there is a garage/barn reception space is industrial yet breezy. Additionally, since the ranch is nestled into the mountainside, you get the most stunning photo moments. To give guests a specialized bar experience, we brought in a mobile wine bar that fit in perfectly. In addition, Bree and Mario hired the Shutterbus Co photo booth and we were able to park it inside the barn.
