Experience At All The Venues

There are very few venues across California that I am unfamiliar with. Don’t get me wrong, I’m always scouting new spots for weddings. However, I’ve been fortunate enough to plan weddings at some of the best venues around. Logistics change from venue to venue so knowing the ins and outs is vital to a smooth wedding day. I also love to travel, so my area of expertise expands beyond Los Angeles venues. And we can easily learn any new venue and their logistics, so working somewhere new is not an issue.  

If your venue has a coordinator, that’s awesome! However, a venue coordinator is different than a wedding planner. The coordinator’s focus is on the venue, not necessarily you, the couple. While still incredibly helpful and a great part of the vendor team, you want someone who is there to represent you and your partner and has your best interests at heart.

Throughout the wedding planning process, I help you and your partner through every step. As a recent bride myself, I know firsthand how overwhelming the planning process can be. From vendor research, design, logistics, contracts, budgets, timelines, etc…I’m your right-hand girl! I provide my couples with tons of helpful guides as well as your own account with Aisle Planner, one of the best planning tools around. This helps to keep everyone on the same page and organized. 

However, the planning process is just one element of the wedding. The day-of is a whole other ball game. I often joke that my team and I are the first ones to arrive and last ones to leave (because honestly, it’s true). During your wedding, you don’t want to be thinking about anything else except simply getting married. My job is to make the day as seamless as possible so you are fully in the moment. Which is also why I recommend not using all family and friends to help you with the set-up/tear down of the wedding. I want your guests to be just as present and not worried about the details. Plus, none of your friends and family really want to do it, they want to have fun too.

I’m so grateful that my career as a wedding planner has connected me to so many talented people. When you hire me as your wedding planner, I’ll send a vendor recommendation list as part of the on-boarding process. This is a list of people we love to work with and know they’re the A-team! And while they aren’t required to hire, I consider most vendors as “friend-ors”. Because I truly love the relationships we’ve created together and the magic we bring to each event. If there’s a specific design, detail or vendor you want at your wedding, my team and I will research the best one within your budget to make your dream ideas a reality.

Designing weddings is truly a passion of mine! I love the seeing the changing trends and classic elements that make each wedding so unique and special. Working with my couples to incorporate their personalities into the day is extremely important to me. I love it when my couples have bold ideas and break away from stuffy traditional wedding “must haves” in favor of a customized celebration that showcases who you are. There is no idea to “out there” for us. Want a multi-cultural ceremony? We love it! Want a tattoo artist at your wedding? Say no more! We’ve done it all.

I truly believe wedding planning can be a stress-free experience focused on love and celebration. This chapter of your life should be enjoyable instead of you wishing it was over with already because you’re so stressed out. Your wedding day is one of the biggest, most exciting days you’ll have in your life! I want you and your partner to be fully immersed in the day without having to worry about anything. I often get remarks about how calm my team and I are on wedding days. And I believe it’s because we’ve put in so much work beforehand to ensure that everything runs smoothly the day of. Additionally, we pride ourselves on the strong vendor relationships we’ve fostered to create beautiful events for our couples.
